As operating companies strive to reduce costs, the need for access to up-to-date records increases. To provide a means for our clients to have quick and easy access to up-to-date records of their sites, TAS have developed their Client Access Web Records service.

Using a specially developed secure web site, read-only controlled copies of client documents are published in either Adobe pdf or Autocad drawing format. These documents may then be viewed (using freely available viewers), on a twenty-four hour, seven day a week basis, by anyone having the rights to access the site and from any computer having access to the internet.

Increasingly the service is also being used during project execution to keep team members up-to-date with progress and for reviewing project documents as they are generated.
